Guides to Money offers young adults the opportunity to learn important financial literacy concepts.

Because the privacy of youth and other visitors to this online program is of the utmost importance, Credit Union National Association, Inc. (CUNA), has adopted the following privacy policy:

CUNA provides visitor information submitted during log in to the subscribing credit union. A credit union may use this information to distribute information about credit union products and services or to provide special incentives to the visitors who complete the course. It may also use summary information to help assess the overall value of its Guides to Money subscription.

CUNA may use visitor information to announce new courses or provide information about financial products and services. Summary information may also be used in press releases about the program and download demographics.

With the exception of the usage described above, visitor information is NEVER sold, given, or disclosed to third parties.

CUNA plans to institute a feedback mechanism whereby visitors can rate each Guides to Money course. CUNA will record raw content rating numbers ONLY, and may share this confidential rating information with its contracted writers and designers and subscribing credit unions to improve course content. Confidential rating information may also be disclosed in marketing materials for the program.

CUNA may use feedback information received via e-mail from readers to respond to inquiries, comments, or suggestions.

Children Under Age 13

We recognize the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. We are committed to protecting children's privacy on the Internet. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian call 1-800-356-9655, or email hello@cuna.coop, and we will delete the information about the child from our files.
